Ingredients

  • 1 Scoop of Qi Master
  • 8 oz liquid (milk, milk alternative, water)
  • 1 Banana (frozen or raw)
  • 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter (substitute any nut butter)
  • 1 Serving Vanilla Protein Powder*
  • ½ Tbsp – 1 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice** (to taste)
  • Ice – If using a frozen banana, ice is not necessary

*Vanilla or chocolate protein works well in this recipe so use whichever flavor you have on hand or prefer. The Roundhouse Provisions Basecamp Shake also works well! **This is a spice and not, actual pumpkin. You can always leave this out or substitute for cinnamon.
