  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Frozen or Fresh Blueberries (substitute raspberries or blackberries)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it with butter.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Stir in the Qi Master mushroom supplement to the dry ingredients.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, egg, buttermilk, and vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to over mix; the batter should be lumpy.
  6. Gently fold in the blueberries. (If using frozen, don’t thaw them to prevent streaking in the batter.)
  7. Spoon the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy warm or at room temperature!
